Wills, Estates and Trusts

Counseling and representation is provided to clients on all aspects of estate planning and estate administration, including the drafting of wills and trusts. We prepare wills covering both modest and substantial estates and have extensive experience in representing administrators and executors in connection with the administration of the estate. The firm also provides representation before the Surrogate's Court including contested proceedings and other fiduciary matters such as guardianships, conservatorships, and accountings.
