William F. Johnson, Jr. is a graduate of Holy Cross College and New York University School of Law where he received his J.D. and LL.M. degrees. He was a member of the faculty of that law school from 1969 to 1989, and taught courses in Remedies, Land Transfer & Finance and Advanced Real Estate Practice. He is the co-author of a law school textbook, Equity, Restitution & Damages , and the author of several articles on legal damages and equitable remedies. His primary areas of practice are commercial and multi-family real estate development; commercial and residential mortgage reviews; corporate and commercial defense work; health and hospital law; and personal injury defense litigation. He is a member of the Bars of New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
