Michael E. Hubner is a graduate of Villanova University where he attended the Bartley School of Commerce and Finance. He obtained his law degree from St. John's University School of Law. Mr. Hubner was then appointed to serve as the law secretary to the Honorable Sam A. Collarusso, a Law Division Judge of the Superior Court of the State of New Jersey. Mr. Hubner has concentrated his practice on the representation of public entities; municipal land use law; residential and commercial real estate development and financing; and representation of business entities. He serves as the Municipal Attorney for the Township of Pequannock, Morris County, New Jersey, where he previously served as the Planning Board Attorney. He assists in the representation of numerous other municipalities represented by the firm. He is a member of the New Jersey State, Morris County and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
