Gregg S. Malovany is a 1994 graduate Cum Laude of Seton Hall University School of Law.  He received his undergraduate degree Cum Laude in 1991 in management studies from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Peter B. Cooper, J.S.C. in Essex County in both the Criminal and Family parts.  He is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the Passaic County Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.  His activities at the firm are primarily focused on all phases of Workers' Compensation Law including numerous trials and litigated motions for medical and temporary benefits.  Additionally, he has experience in banking law through his representation of a large financial institution.  This experience has been far-reaching, however, primarily includes litigation (both pre-judgment and post-judgment) on defaulted notes and overdrawn accounts.  Additionally, foreclosure work has been performed on behalf of the client.  Moreover, he has experience in the Superior Court of New Jersey in all phases of litigation from case preparation, discovery, pre-trial motions through trial experience.  Finally, he is experienced in municipal court matters.  He is an active member of the New Jersey Bar and is currently an inactive member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted as an Attorney of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
