Andrew M. Wubbenhorst is a 1978 cum laude graduate of High Point University in North Carolina, and received his Doctor of  Jurisprudence degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law, Birmingham, Alabama in 1981. He served as a naval officer in the Judge Advocate General Corps of the United States Navy before entering private practice. Mr. Wubbenhorst concentrates his practice in litigation including personal injury, corporate and commercial litigation, professional malpractice and education law. He has served as legal counsel to several boards of education, non-profit associations and business entities. Mr. Wubbenhorst has handled cases in both state and federal courts; including municipal, county and federal trial courts, state appellate courts, the New Jersey Supreme Court and proceeding before administrative law courts/ tribunals. Mr. Wubbenhorst is licensed to practice as a member of the New Jersey State Bar, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of  the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.   Mr. Wubbenhorst also serves as the Judge of the Municipal Court of the Borough of Lincoln Park.
