Diana Walsh
Diana Walsh, M.A., J.D. (NJ Bar) graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1989 and completed a mediator certification in 1990. She earned a Bachelor and Master's degrees in social psychology from William Paterson University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Diana Walsh is a full time faculty as a Special Lecturer of Law at New Jersey's Science & Technology University (NJIT), teaching law-related courses such as Law & Ethics, International Law, Cyberlaw and Distant Learning courses. Ms. Walsh is an active member of New Jersey Bar as well as of the United States District Court of the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Walsh has published on safeguarding patient privacy, the use of e-learning in various organizations and the transition to electronic records in health care.
